Please read these guidelines about our policies.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you have questions regarding your online order, please contact the Artsmox Online Store Customer Service Team by email: artsmox@gmail.com or by phone at 0439008050 Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM (EST).

ORDERING

 

After you place an online order, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation e-mail (after the item has shipped). Make sure that artsmox@gmail.com is marked as a safe address so these emails do not go into your spam folder. Due to the custom nature of our fulfillment process, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it is confirmed. It is your sole responsibility to confirm the accuracy of the order–quantity, sizes, ship to addresses, and all other order information–prior to submitting your order.

PAYMENT

 

Artsmox's online store accepts PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

All shipping costs are automatically added to your order. Shipping outside Australia will result in higher shipping and handling costs. Allow up to ten (10) business days for standard shipping and up to five (5) business days for expedited shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

 

Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect the bag(s) for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. If the item is damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping provider immediately.

If your package was shipped via Priority Mail, you will need to bring the entire package to your local post office and follow their instructions. Please keep all packaging as proof.

ORDER ERRORS

 

If you receive an item in error or your order is shipped incorrect, please contact the Artsmox Online Store Customer Service Team ASAP. Once the error is confirmed, we will ship you the correct item(s). Artsmox will provide a prepaid return label with the correct item. If we do not receive the incorrect item back, your credit card or gift card may be charged for the corrected item and shipment.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of date of purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOMER CARE

 

All our artsmocks are 100% cotton. Artsmox  also uses Japanese fabrics in most of our designs. The Japanese are known for their eccentric, yet vibrant and alluring fashion sense. Their whimisical style of fabrics create incredibly eye-catching designs and are ideal for artsmocks! Their high quality fabrics and printing techniques are what make these fabric worth every penny!. The fabrics are color fast and long lasting.

Artsmox are made from 100% pure cotton. They have all been individually machine sewn in Australia. Whilst all care has been taken with each smock, to keep them looking great we encourage you to wash separately in cold water and drip dry in shade. Direct sunlight could fade colors. Do not place in dryer or smock may shrink.
